We're happy to discuss flexible working hours, patterns, and locations to suit you and the business.What You'll Be DoingJob Scope: Generally responsible for performing all aspects of project management for moderately complex engineering project assignments ensuring total delivery of the services on time, within performance budget and quality expectations. This work will be performed under minimal supervision.Primary Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited ToManage assigned engineering contracts ensuring compliance with the facility, corporate, CFS and DOE objectives, requirements, and standards in terms of EHS, quality, cost, and schedule.Coordination between assigned project contracts with contracts led by other team members to ensure consistency and integration.Technical review of submitted engineering deliverables for accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, and alignment with industry best practiceDevelopment of project documentation including specifications, assessments, and reportsAssist project manager with project team oversight, administration, and coachingIdeal BackgroundBachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program with 5+ years in a casting environment, requiredDemonstrated ability to lead and work collaboratively within a multi-national hybrid team environment, requiredDemonstrated knowledge of vertical, direct-chill casting equipment and processes, preferredEffective communication (both written and verbal) with the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences, requiredEffective time management with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, requiredProfessional writing experience, preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.Hargrove CultureWe work to create an environment founded on trust, personal integrity, and a "team mentality" so that each person understands the value of their contributions both on a project and company-wide level.
