This is a full-time position with the opportunity for a flexible schedule and a salary upwards to $140,000 for experienced applicants.Key Responsibilities• Lead all financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and ALM/liquidity oversight• Ensure timely, accurate GAAP‑compliant financial statements and maintain full regulatory compliance while coordinating with auditors and regulators• Partner with executive leadership to shape financial strategy and provide key performance insights that support organizational goals• Develop, mentor, and lead the finance and accounting team, fostering accountability, growth, and continuous improvement• Drive process enhancements, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and new product developmentQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience• Must have finance institution industry experience (banks, credit unions, or similar)• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements within financial services• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisWho Thrives in This RoleThis position is ideal for a strategic, analytical finance leader who excels at balancing high‑level planning with hands‑on execution.
