This role is a vital part of our team and works with all aspects of the client experience, including account administration and facilitating smooth client interactions.This is an on-site position. There may be an opportunity for a hybrid schedule after completing training. In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. The role is eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus. Candidates with more or less experience are also welcome to apply; title and compensation will be commensurate with experience.New Client OnboardingEnsure accurate completion and setup of prospect and new client paperworkFollow up on fund transfers from external institutionsMaintain CRM records in SalesforceResearch and resolve issues with the Broker/Dealer, Wealth Enhancement Group operations, and vendorsRecord incoming assets using the appropriate tracking toolsClient Relationship ManagementEngage in dialogue with clients to understand their history and financial needsPrepare and process account transactions, including trades, deposits, withdrawals, and RMDsCommunicate and determine next steps for client requests, addressing issues directly or involving the advisor as neededCollaborate with clients' tax or legal counsel to resolve client concernsClient Review Preparation and Follow UpGather client data and prepare materials for client meetings and reviewsConduct tax-related research, such as verifying 1099 formsComplete any necessary follow-up for client requestsIndustry and Company KnowledgeDemonstrate understanding and accurate execution of WEG's Suitability Guidelines, operational processes, and sales modelsApply knowledge of financial terminology and related productsUtilize working proficiency with annuities, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, fixed income, stocks, options, alternative investments, hedge funds, and charitable giving practicesAttend client services and company educational eventsTeam and Corporate SupportAssist Advisor Team Operations to streamline internal processesComplete operational projects in support of process enhancements and organizational changesCommunicate process and sales updates to team membersAll other duties as assignedEducation /QualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred3+ years of professional experience preferredSuperior verbal and written communication skillsOrganization skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize workflow and projectsTeam player with the ability to collaborate with othersSelf-starter, self-motivated, and results drivenBuilds and maintains effective relationships with clientsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software requiredFamiliarity with Salesforce preferredFidelity and Schwab custodial platform experience preferredBenefitsOur benefits aim to balance four key elements that make life and work meaningful: health and wellness, financial well-being, professional development, and work/life harmony.
