Our Lead Technicians regularly interact with clients while representing the Daisy brand and develop trusted relationships, helping to enhance their lives through technology.Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, floor plans, specifications, and operational/product manuals.Manage all aspects of support including end-user training, troubleshooting, and follow through on escalation of issues.Collaborate on problem-solving in both installation standards and provide challenges and successes during weekly team meetings]Travels to various job sites; uses hand and power tools safely; maintains company-issued tools, equipment, and vehicleIn addition to clients, interact with builders and other industry professionals.Communicate every day with the project manager about the progress of the project. Schedule/Expected Work Hours:We offer a flexible alternative workweek schedule of four 10-hour days OR 5-8-hour daysMay be required to work overtime (will be compensated at an increased rate)Monday-Thursday OR Monday- FridayQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent3-5 years of AV/Networking /Technology Integration ExperienceControl4 CertificationMotivated to learn new technologies and processesExhibits strong management and leadership skills; capable of leading and motivating othersCan pass a drug screen and background checkPossess a valid driver’s license Able to independently lift items up to 50 poundsCapable of sitting, standing, and kneeling for extended periods of timeCompany OverviewDaisy is a national smart space installation and services company that simplifies smart home and office technology to make it work optimally, solving one of the biggest in-home problems today and bringing more joy into the lives of our clients.
