TRIO Scholars Assistant Director

The TRIO Scholars Assistant Director is responsible for managing and implementing all aspects of the TRIO Scholars Program. They will serve as the primary contact, conduct quarterly contacts with program participants, oversee all recruitment efforts of new program participants, and oversee all planning and coordinating of program activities. In addition, this role also includes hiring and training program staff (Retention Specialist & Educational Advisor PT). This is a full-time career position. The full salary range for the TRIO Scholars Assistant Director is $56,000 - $96,400 annually. However, the expected pay scale is up to $60,000 annually. We base placement within these ranges on the individual's qualifications as they relate to this position. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
