This job description will focus on candidates with fresh experience, meaning those who have recently graduated or have minimal work experience.ResponsibilitiesConduct research on potential clients and industries to identify new business opportunities and target marketsDevelop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing onesDevelop and execute effective outbound marketing and sales campaignsAttend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products or servicesGenerate new leads and build a pipeline through cold calling and email outreachBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers within target organizationsIdentify client needs and customize solutions to meet their specific requirementsPrepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clientsCollaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clientsStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to make informed business decisionsManage and update the company's CRM system with accurate and relevant informationAchieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the organizationProvide feedback to sales and marketing leadership on campaign success and areas for improvementRequirementsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldFresh experience, such as recent graduates or those with minimal work experience, will be consideredA passion for sales and business developmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentHighly motivated and results-drivenAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectivelyStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareWillingness to travel as required.
