Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of remote business consultants, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure excellence in service delivery. Develop and execute comprehensive talent sourcing strategies utilizing HRIS systems, ATS platforms like iCIMS or Workday, and social media marketing to attract top-tier candidates across multiple sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs, delivering tailored recruitment solutions, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Oversee full cycle recruiting processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding for high-volume and technical roles. Collaborate with HR legal teams to ensure compliance with employment law, labor regulations, and internal policies during all stages of recruitment and employee relations. Implement innovative lead generation techniques and leverage sales skills such as cold calling to expand client base and candidate pipelines. Utilize talent management software like SAP SuccessFactors or PeopleSoft to track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and optimize hiring workflows. Qualifications Proven experience in talent acquisition, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or HR sourcing within a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities to engage candidates and clients effectively. Expertise in HR systems such as Workday, ADP, UltiPro, Taleo, or Lever; familiarity with ATS platforms is essential. Knowledge of employment & labor law applicable to talent management practices across various jurisdictions. Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment projects while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes and experience with HR legal compliance standards. Ability to lead teams remotely with strong relationship management skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
