Most importantly, RHINO’s exhibit humility, as in order for the business to succeed here, it takes EVERYONE!Do YOU have what it takes to be a Diamonds Direct RHINO??Key Responsibilities:Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and product opportunitiesAnalyze customer feedback, sales data, and industry insights to support product decisionsPartner with cross-functional teams (design, merchandising, operations) to align on product initiativesTrack product performance and compile reports with actionable recommendationsMaintain organized product data, research findings, and documentationAssist with ad hoc projects and presentations as neededQualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Economics, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (experience with data analysis is a plus)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentLearning Opportunities:Exposure to end-to-end product development and merchandising strategiesHands-on experience with market analysis and consumer insightsOpportunity to influence product decisions through research and dataMentorship from cross-functional leadersCompensation & Duration:$21.25/hrDuration: [e.g., 10–12 weeks, Summer Internship]Schedule: [Full-time/Part-time, flexible hours if applicable]Don't forget, we have many opportunities available on our other career site pages.
