Position Summary:The Director of Select Sales leads a high-performing team focused on Managed Services and Enterprise IT solutions across Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, developing talent, and executing strategic sales initiatives. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Sales, the Director partners cross-functionally to optimize sales performance, strengthen customer relationships, and support continued business growth.Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team performance goalsDrive consistent attainment of monthly sales quotas and pipeline growth objectivesRecruit, onboard, and train top sales talentDevelop and implement sales strategies, KPIs, and performance metrics to improve execution and forecasting accuracyPartner with internal leadership to negotiate and close complex, high-value opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiencesAnalyze sales performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement and growthEnsure accountability, professionalism, and operational excellence across the sales organizationThis role offers the opportunity to lead at scale while expanding both technical and business leadership expertiseQualifications:10+ years of successful IT sales experience, preferably within Managed Services and Enterprise IT solutions5+ years of proven sales leadership experience managing high-performing sales teamsPrior experience working for a VAR (Value-Added Reseller) organization is requiredDemonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotasStrong professionalism, executive presence, and customer-facing communication skillsProven history of longevity and stability in previous roles; candidates with frequent job changes will not be consideredExperience hiring, developing, and coaching sales professionalsStrong understanding of sales pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI accountability
