Hardware Development Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated Hardware Development Engineer to join our team.Job Responsibilities:Collaborate in a team environment to architect, design, develop, and release Ethernet Switching systems.Work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Software, ASIC Development, HW Qualification, Diagnostics, and Manufacturing.Apply a development methodology focused on product robustness, high reliability, and customer satisfaction.Desired Skills:Passionate, highly motivated team player.Strong experience with Board Design tools (Cadence Concept/Allegro).Excellent communication skills; able to convey complex technical concepts clearly.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines.Willingness to go the extra mile to successfully complete development and support activities.Minimum Qualifications:In-depth knowledge of circuit board design, lab bring-up, and system-level design validation.Strong understanding of high-speed signal integrity, power distribution, and CPU subsystem design.Programming skills in Python for bring-up automation and testing.BSEE with 6+ years of experience or MSEE with 2+ years of experience.If you know someone who would be a great fit, please share this opportunity and encourage them to apply.
