The person in this role can be located anywhere in the US but work Pacific Time hours. We are looking for a sharp, good-humored Project Coordinator to support EPD (Engineering, Product and Design) Onboarding who enjoys working in a constantly changing environment and streamlining a hectic day. This position will be key in serving the program's mission of accelerating the impact of new Dropboxers joining EPD teams. You will be working in a fast-paced, creative environment with passionate team members who are focused on quality and execution. Team Description: The Platform Strategy and Operations (PSO) team is comprised of the functions that help our Platform engineering teams achieve success. We are the force multipliers that drive alignment, operational excellence, and ensure that teams move in lockstep with the business. The immediate team for this role is made of top notch Program Managers and Technical Program Managers who work on a variety of business critical projects and programs. Responsibilities:
EPD Onboarding is our new hire onboarding program, comprised of centralized classes and 1:1 formal mentorship. Its goals are to ramp up new hires on all dimensions, integrating them technically, socially, and culturally into their team, EPD, and Dropbox. Making this program run effectively and efficiently as we continue to grow requires:
Being true to Dropbox culture and values, proactively injecting the Dropbox spirit
Coordinating and calendaring logistics, resolving scheduling conflicts
Independently owning data management of EPD Onboarding
Tracking new hires in EPD from offer accept to graduation from EPD Onboarding
Communicating with new members of EPD, their managers, and buddies to ensure a smooth start
Implementing and assessing various feedback mechanisms
Anticipating, flagging, and calmly and flexibly resolving hiccups
Working with the onboarding team on cross-company or cross-functional improvements
Writing and maintaining documentation on the program
Skills:
Must have:

Excellent communication skills, especially with technical stakeholders
Outstanding relationship-building skills
Zeal for process and operational excellence
Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple workstreams
Discretion when working with sensitive information
Technical requirements:
Some familiarity with software development vocabulary and tooling
Curiosity for technical systems
Ability to leverage technical tools to scale programs and solutions
Proficiency in Dropbox, GSuite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
Bonus: familiarity with Jira
