Construction Laborer

Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in the construction process by assisting with various tasks, including site preparation, cleanup, and general labor duties. This position is perfect for individuals who are eager to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our construction projects. This position has great opportunity for growth and experience in construction is not necessary. Responsibilities: - Perform site preparation tasks such as clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and laying down floor coverings. - Assist in the installation of various construction materials, including drywall, siding, and roofing. - Operate construction equipment and machinery. - Conduct general labor duties, including hauling materials, cleaning up debris, and maintaining a clean and organized work site. - Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment. - Collaborate with construction workers to complete projects efficiently and effectively. - Perform other construction labor tasks as assigned by the construction team. Skills: - Strong physical stamina and ability to work in a physically demanding environment. - Experience with construction equipment and machinery. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines and regulations. - Ability to lift heavy objects (80lbs) and perform heavy labor tasks. - Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
