Program Manager
The Program Manager (PM) will serve as the single point of accountability for the successful delivery of all contract requirements, overseeing day-to-day operations, performance management, and client engagement.This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing cross-functional teams spanning operations, engineering, and support. The PM will ensure consistent operations and maintenance (O&M) performance, adherence to SLAs, and the successful execution of system enhancements, while maintaining close coordination with stakeholders.The PM will also lead transition activities (as applicable), establish and refine operational processes, proactively manage risks and issues, and drive continuous service improvement initiatives. Success in this role requires the ability to operate effectively in a mission-driven environment where reliability, responsiveness, and accountability are critical.This position is primarily remote.Required Qualifications:10+ years of experience in federal IT program management (USCG PM experience strongly preferred)Demonstrated experience managing programs valued at $5M–$15MExperience leading teams of 15–50 Full Time Employees (FTEs)Strong background in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) service delivery and system sustainment.Experience operating in Agile or hybrid Agile/O&M environmentsWorking knowledge of ITIL service management processesAbility to manage distributed teams and geographically dispersed usersStrong stakeholder communication and Government interface experienceProven ability to manage risk, performance metrics, and SLAsProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret Security ClearanceStrongly Preferred Qualification:Direct U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) program management experienceActive Secret Security Clearance (or Higher)ITIL v4 Foundation certification (or Higher)Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist certificationThe salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $190,000 annually. The exact salary offered will depend on your qualifications, experience, and alignment with the responsibilities of the role.
