If you thrive on delivering superior service and love connecting with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities:·       Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Handling incoming calls and troubleshooting issues, you'll ensure every client feels valued and supported.  Efficiently manage schedules and appointments for our team, executing our client service system, while completing detailed tasks·       Financial Planning & Advice/Product Solutions:  Prepare preliminary financial planning recommendations and solutions for advisors to use during meetings.   Coordinate with advisors to complete all required business processing and follow ups from meetings.·       Marketing Support: Coordinating with our marketing team and assisting in maintaining digital platforms, crafting newsletters, and delivering our giftology program. Requirements:·       Skills and Qualifications: A high school diploma is required, with an associate's/bachelor’s degree preferred. You should have at least 2 years of experience in client service or financial services. Financial Service Licensing preferred. ·       Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with superior skills in all Microsoft Office applications.
