Catering Production Specialist

Description:Join our team as a Catering Production Specialist! In this vital role, you'll review prep sheets and prepare food that meets our high standards. Your contributions will ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:Review prep sheets for efficient food preparation. Begin and complete baking and food preparation accurately. Assemble catering orders in baskets, trays, and bowls. Deliver food orders as assigned. Prepare and set up breakfast and lunch for the following day. Assist in both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) tasks as needed, ensuring a seamless operation. Perform clean-up duties and manage waste disposal as required. Additional Functions:Display maintenance and condiment station organization. Ensure cleanliness of restrooms. Bus tables and assist guests as needed. Prepare food as per order specifications. Ensure accurate cash handling and financial transactions. Organize and prepare food for guest deliveries. Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent. Must complete CBC driver training and pass MVR according to CBC standards; maintain a valid driver's license with insurance. State Foodhandler card/ServSafe certification (if applicable). A minimum of 3 months' experience in a guest service role is preferred, with restaurant or retail experience a plus. Strong guest service and communication skills. Organized and detail-oriented with basic math skills. Proficient in using POS systems and must be able to read, write, and speak English.
