Senior Integration Developer
OverviewAs a Senior Integration Developer, you will work with our growingDevSecOpspractice developing APIs and integration capabilities to connect data, services, and systems to helpour customers achieve their mission. We are looking forcandidates withexperience with cloud platform services,understandingbusiness requirements andimplementcomplex integrations.ContributionsResponsibilities include:Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developersTesting and examining code written by others and analyzing resultsEnsurethat systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threatsIdentifytechnical problems,performroot cause analysis, anddevelopsoftware updates and 'fixes'Develop APIs, micro-servicesand integrations using a broad range of software programming tasks to ensure that their systems integrations are functional.Design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support andfacilitateAPI and integration projects.Advise technical teams on performance, scalability, reliability, monitoring, and other operational concerns of integration solutions onAnypointPlatform.Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate functional and non-functional requirements into integration interfaces and implementationsCreate andprovidetechnical documentation that explains upcoming or existing integrations to non-technical individualsDocument as-is state of the environment, perform a gap analysis, and produce artifacts that articulate options and recommendations?Act as an individual contributor and mentor more junior team membersEngineer and implement solutions andproviderecommendations for continuous improvement for the servicesprovidedPresent regular status updates andprovidecross training to other team members.QualificationsRequired:Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security ClearanceBSDegreein an IT field OR BS in a non-IT field and2yearsrelated IT experience5Years ofExperience with one or more clouds (i.e.AWS, Azure, or GCP)5Years ofExperience withGitSCMproviders such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket5Years ofExperiencewithone or more programming or scripting languages5Years ofExperience with one or more integration technologies, such asMulesoftExperience developing API Management solutions and micro-servicesPreferred:Certifications:AWS Cloud PractitionerAWS Solution Architect AssociateAzure Developer AssociateMuleSoft Certified Integration Architect - Level 1MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect - Level 15Yearsof application development experience in an Agile environmentExperience implementing docker containersandutilizingplatforms such as KubernetesExperiencedesigning,implementing, and documentingAPIsExperienceutilizingCI/CD pipelines with tools such asJenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Pipelines,CircleCI,TravisCIExperience implementing Automated Testing frameworksto test APIs and integrationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skillsAbout steampunkSteampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
