Clarvida is hiring a Program Director to oversee clinical and administrative operations of one or more mental health program in Ridgecrest location . This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the $90,000-$110,000/year range, opportunities for leadership, professional growth, and daily pay availability. As a Program Director, you will lead teams, manage program performance, ensure compliance, and drive high-quality, culturally competent mental health services in alignment wit h Clarvida's person-centered and trauma-informed care model.
