Role: Data Analyst Loc: Raleigh , NC (local candidates only) In person interview is a must Experience and Required Skills:5+ years of experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and automated data refresh processes. 5+ years of hands-on experience with data ingestion, cleansing, validation, and transformation. 5+ years of experience performing data quality assurance, accuracy verification, and reconciliation activities. 5+ years of experience managing data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and technical documentation. Strong understanding of data governance, confidentiality requirements, and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and trade secret protections. 5+ years of experience monitoring operational metrics, compliance reporting, and submission tracking. 5+ years of experience conducting trend analysis related to pricing, cost drivers, reporting patterns, and compliance risks. Proven ability to design and deliver data visualizations, analytical reports, executive summaries, and automated reporting solutions. Strong knowledge of data integrity controls, security standards, and applicable state and federal regulatory requirements. 3+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders. 5+ years of experience optimizing data workflows, ETL processes, and reporting pipelines. Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills. 3+ years of experience providing analytical support for policy initiatives, business decisions, and ad hoc reporting requests. Key ResponsibilitiesIngest, cleanse, validate, and maintain manufacturer price increase notices, new drug submissions, and other program-related datasets, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Maintain and manage metric definitions, business rules, data dictionaries, and annual reporting standards, including version control processes. Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions supporting both public transparency initiatives and internal oversight functions. Ensure compliance with data governance policies, confidentiality requirements, HIPAA regulations, and trade secret protections in coordination with Legal and Privacy teams. Monitor submission activity, compliance metrics, and operational performance indicators, delivering automated reporting and actionable insights. Analyze trends in pharmaceutical pricing, cost drivers, submission patterns, and non-compliance risks to support program management and policy decision-making. Develop executive-level visualizations, analytical reports, dashboards, and data-driven summaries for leadership, program stakeholders, and external inquiries. Maintain high standards of data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance across all reporting and analytical processes. Partner with IT, Legal, and program teams to improve data pipelines, streamline workflows, and enhance reporting platform functionality. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, metadata standards, governance frameworks, and reporting procedures. Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support for policy development, legislative inquiries, audits, and stakeholder requests.
