Job Title: Part-time Project Manager – Oval Edge Implementation ProjectLocation: Remote12 week project schedule with expected start of 11/48 hrs allocation expected per weekOverview:PriceSenz is seeking a Part-time Project Manager to support the successful implementation of the OvalEdge data governance tool for a client. The Project Manager will primarily focus on project coordination, client management, and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between the client and the OvalEdge implementation team. This is a part-time role requiring strong organizational and communication skills to manage meetings, capture key action items, and facilitate seamless progress throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Join and lead project calls with the client and OvalEdge team.Capture and distribute meeting minutes, track action items.Coordinate meetings and tasks, ensuring the project stays on track.Manage client communications, providing regular project updates.Maintain project documentation and track deliverables.Proven experience in project management, preferably with software or IT projects.Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills.Ability to work part-time and manage remote teams.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meetings.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively manage client relationships and coordinate across teams.Proficiency in using project management tools for tracking tasks and meetings (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).Prior experience coordinating teams and working with clients in a part-time or consulting role is a plus.Experience working with data governance tools (such as OvalEdge) or related technologies would be beneficial but is not required.
