Job Title: Electrical Assembler – 2nd ShiftJob Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-HireLocation: Keene, NHShift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (4 x 10-hour days)Pay Rate: $24+/HRPosition SummaryAdecco is currently seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler for 2nd shift in Keene, NH. This role involves building, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting complex electrical and electro-mechanical systems used in advanced machinery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly operations on a variety of electrical and electro-mechanical systemsBuild and install wiring harnesses, electrical panels, and control systemsPerform board soldering, component installation, and electrical wiringAssemble systems involving electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic componentsInstall software, and perform system testing, tuning, and troubleshootingUse diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generatorsRead and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specificationsCollaborate with Engineering and Applications teams on standard and custom buildsMaintain production schedules and ensure quality standards are metFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work areaPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required3+ years of experience in electrical assembly or a similar roleAdvanced technical training preferredStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentationExperience with CNC controls is a plusProficient with hand tools and measuring instruments (micrometers, verniers, etc.)Experience with soldering and wire crimping toolsFamiliarity with electrical diagnostic equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, analyzers)Ability to work independently and meet production deadlinesAbility to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbsJourneyman Electrician license is a plusPay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
