EXPORT CONTROL PROGRAM MANAGER

Job TitleJob DescriptionYou will manage the NRL Export Control Program and be responsible for assessing and ensuring compliance by all NRL program activities with U.S. Export Control laws and will obtain, manage, and maintain necessary export authorizations on behalf of the Commanding Officer to support full compliance with regulatory agencies.You will lead the development, presentation, implementation, and maintenance of export compliance policies, procedures, and training curriculum.You will provide guidance to NRL researchers and programs on U.S. Government export regulations, including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).You will assist NRL Contracting Officers, and Grant Officers in procurement-related matters involving export control.
