We are looking to add a dedicated individual that is committed to serving our internal and external customers from our New Prague, MN, potential for hybrid work arrangements as well.What Will You Do?Frequent communication via telephone and e-mail systems.Logging phone callsTroubleshooting a variety of Chart productsCustomer onsite training-less than 10% expected of travel timeAssist with technical documentation, including manual updatesLiaison between engineering and customer serviceSystems application supportNew product development support & product introductionsAssist with technical safety and information bulletinsFormalize customer parts orders for Inside Account Rep order entry as neededProvide technical support for products presented via www.chartparts.comYour Experience Should Be...Excellent written and verbal communication skillsMicrosoft Office including: Outlook, Word, and ExcelEnterprise One experienceFamiliar with Chart Products/ServicesAbility to read and understand blueprints and bill of materialStrong communication skills – ability to walk customers though technical issuesYour Education Should Be...High school diplomaWorking knowledge of cryogenicsYour Physical Work Environment Will Require…Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, other related tasks in an office setting. Must be able to do occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs. as regular daily activities necessitateLimited travel expectationPay Range & CompensationThe salary range for this position is $53,400–$71,300 , based on a good faith estimate at the time of posting.
