Project Manager - Data Centers
Overview
As a Project Manager in our Owner's Rep team, you guide large-scale datacenter construction from planning through delivery. You collaborate with design managers, clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure quality, budget, and schedule targets. You will lead cross-functional discussions, coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors, and drive project outcomes that improve the built environment. This role offers exposure to high-impact capital projects and a pathway to grow within a collaborative, growth-focused organization.

ResponsibilitiesOversee large-scale construction projects including site development, ground-up builds, and data center buildoutsManage base building and tenant MEP systems design and implementationEstablish and maintain relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, equipment vendors, and consultantsReview budgeting and scheduling deliverables for content and quality aligned with budgets and timelinesAct as SME in construction for evaluating customer leases and ongoing projectsLead budget and schedule reviews with construction team membersCommunicate project objectives and budgets with clients, design staff, and senior leadershipCreate and maintain project budgets and schedules for multiple sites in various design/construction stagesProvide oversight on ongoing projects and escalate issues as neededConduct or delegate site observations to ensure adherence to budget and schedule targetsCoordinate with consultants and government agencies for permitting and entitlements
Key requirementsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field4+ years of project management experience2+ years of data center construction experienceGeneral Contracting, Construction Management, Equipment Vendor or Architecture experience preferredStrong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost controlsWorking knowledge of MEP systems relevant to data centersProficient reading/writing English for communications and instructionsstakeholder managementclear communicationleadershipconstruction schedulingproject budgeting and cost controlsMEP systems knowledge
