Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible) with a ½ lunch (not paid) Shift: Days Patient Population: Rehab patients with various health conditions, orthopedic, patients of various ages, and a small dementia unit with orthopedic and deconditioning needs Caseload: 5 times a week and 3 times a week, 7-8 hours daily Experience: Preferred as this person needs to hit the ground running EMR: NetHealth/PCC Location Highlights Discover the charm of Perrysburg, located in the Toledo, OH metro area along the Maumee River.
