High School Assistant Softball Coach

DutiesNorth Mac High School is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fulfill the responsibilities of Assistant Softball Coach. The Assistant Coach:Supports and promotes the school's mission and vision.Provides leadership in the softball program and builds cooperative, effective relationships with all stakeholders.Is an effective communicator, organized and is a positive motivator, devoting time and energy to the program.Helps to promote the program's philosophy, techniques, strategies, and style at all levels in order to have a cohesive program for student-athletes.Models, encourages, and teaches appropriate conduct from all participants of the softball program.Completes tasks and duties as assigned and is available to assist with softball activities in and out of season.Salary/BenefitsPer negotiated contractAdditional NotesNorth Mac CUSD #34 has a variety of teaching openings.
