Job DescriptionLead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure seamless execution. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel; ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Review design documents, coordinate RFIs, and support value-engineering efforts throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain strong communication with ownership teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Oversee contract administration, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation. Ensure timely completion of punch list, commissioning, and turnover requirements. Foster a collaborative team culture aligned with the company's focus on operational excellence and detail-driven project delivery. The Successful Applicant5-10+ years of commercial construction experience, ideally with multifamily or mixed-use projects. Proven track record of managing mid to large scale ground-up or complex renovation projects. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, building systems, and field operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to lead teams with integrity, urgency, and a commitment to high-quality delivery. Proficiency in project management software, cost tracking tools, and construction documentation workflows.
