FireseedsDallas, TXApril 9th, 2026
Our client, David Jeremiah's Turning Point for God founded in 1982, is a global broadcast ministry committed to delivering the unchanging Word of God to an ever-changing world. Through radio, television, digital media, publishing, and film, the ministry reaches billions of people across every U.S. state and six continents in multiple languages. What began as a traditional broadcast ministry has evolved into a large-scale, content-driven organization with over 230 employees and a rapidly expanding global footprint. Turning Point is a fully donor-supported 501(c)(3), uniquely positioned in that it is not funded by or directly tied to a church or external organization. Instead, it is sustained by a deeply engaged base of supporters, including monthly and legacy donors. The ministry has experienced significant growth in recent years, doubling in reach and revenue over the past four years. This growth has positioned Turning Point Ministries for its next phase, expanding into new content channels (streaming, film, digital ecosystems) while continuing to scale its global impact. Headquartered in San Diego, Turning Point operates within a professional, mission-driven Christian environment marked by a strong sense of calling, collaboration, and excellence. Core values include ‘Take Ownership, Build Relationships, Love People’. Notably, many employees have long tenure (15–25+ years), contributing to a stable and values-aligned culture.POSITION OBJECTIVEThe Director of Leadership Giving is a key member of the Development team, responsible for cultivating, growing, and stewarding major donor relationships that fuel the global expansion of Turning Point Ministries.
