With a strong reputation, Apex Site Solutions plays a pivotal role in advancing reliable communication infrastructure.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecommunications Project Manager based in Elk Grove, CA. The Project Manager will oversee telecommunications projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing resources, liaising with stakeholders, and supervising teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met.Work with customers, foremen, and construction managers to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with all construction projectsCommunicate with Key stakeholders/estimating to determine project requirements and objectivesEstablish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of the contract specificationsMonitor and control projects through administrative direction of on-site foremen to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budgetManage all project activities, including site acquisition, due diligence, zoning, pre-construction services, architectural and engineering services, permitting, utility coordination, material ordering, construction management, and closeout packagesEstablish, manage, and control budgetPrepare and submit budget estimates, debriefs, progress reports, or cost-tracking reportsCreates bill of materials and examines estimates of material, equipment, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure completeness and accuracyCreate and maintain strong client relations and communicationBuilds relationships with field employees to enhance their career path successLead Succession planning for stream-aligned teamsQualificationsProficiency in Program Management and Project Management principlesStrong skills in Project Planning, timelines, and resource allocationExpertise in Telecommunications and Mobile Communications technologiesExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities3-5 years of experience in construction, civil, or telecommunications project managementExperience managing multiple team members at the same time Experience managing five or more projects at the same time Experience in internal and external resource scheduling Experience with performance reviews of direct reports Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentPMP Certification or similar is a plusPrior experience in the wireless telecommunications industry is highly valuedPay Scale: $80,000-$125,000/year
