Privately held and led by its founder, chairman, and CEO, the company consistently ranks among the top construction management firms in the United States.Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical Construction - Ohio will be responsible for:Accountable for ensuring the quality of all work performed and for meeting the project's contractual quality requirements set by the client.Represent the company in collaboration with Owners, Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors, and Subcontractors.Build strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure potential and actual quality issues are fully resolved.Ensure compliance with strict contract and owner quality standards.Monitor and/or prepare comprehensive, project-specific QA/QC plans.Review and update QC punch lists and coordinate punch-list completion with the general contractor and subcontractors.Verify the implementation and effectiveness of quality assurance and control systems through planned internal audits and onsite inspections.Drive continuous improvement across all Quality Systems.Review, update, and ensure proper distribution of the Quality Management Procedure, Quality Manual, and related procedures.Communicate all contractual quality requirements to key personnel so roles and expectations are fully understood.Prepare PowerPoint presentations and report progress, findings, and recommendations to management.Review and maintain the list of approved suppliers and subcontractors.Liaise with the General Contractor, Client, and Project Management teams to resolve all quality issues.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
