Job Title: ReceptionistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist who will serve as the welcoming face of our organization. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling communication, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel, providing information as needed.Maintain a positive and friendly presence at the front desk, greeting and directing visitors and overseeing the sign-in and sign-out process using Lobbyguard.Prepare UPS shipments online, deliver them to the shipping area, and maintain receipts.Prepare, meter, and distribute outgoing mail and mailers, as well as handle incoming mail for distribution within the corporate building.Inventory and order office supplies, maintain coffee stations and conference rooms, and order employee nameplates.Ensure the front reception area and conference rooms are neat and orderly.Ensure coverage of the front reception area when necessary.Maintain the 'Welcome Board' and assist in scheduling calendars for conference rooms.Assist office personnel with operating copier and fax machines.Support EHS with rosters and other administrative duties.Order lunches as requested and assist with HR-hosted events.Maintain the HR section in SharePoint and assist other departments with various projects as time allows.File and scan invoices, maintain checks, and manage the lockbox.Essential SkillsHigh School DiplomaExperience in receptionist or administrative rolesProficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and WordAdditional Skills & QualificationsBasic accounting skillsWork EnvironmentThis is an onsite position, working Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 30 hours per week.
