Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools to uphold health standards and operational flow Assist with bussing tables by clearing plates, silverware, and glassware promptly and courteously Support food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or assembling ingredients under supervision to aid kitchen efficiency Maintain cleanliness of dining areas by sweeping floors, wiping tables, and restocking supplies as needed Help with catering and banquet setups by transporting food items and ensuring service stations are tidy and ready for use Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences while adhering to restaurant policies Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety, sanitation practices, and cleaning procedures Experience in bussing, food preparation, or general restaurant operations is highly desirable Knowledge of catering, banquet service, or hotel experience adds value to your skill set Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary and hospitality staff Basic cooking skills or culinary experience can enhance your contribution to the team Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by keeping our environment clean, organized, and welcoming!
