I’m helping Jobs Mediator find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Press Tech Production Supervisor.You will lead high-volume stamping operations, driving efficiency and developing a skilled production team.Compensation:USD 71K - 80K/yearLocation:Ripon, Wisconsin, United StatesMission of Jobs Mediator:"To connect skilled professionals with international job opportunities by simplifying relocation, visa processes, and qualification recognition, enabling access to fair and rewarding careers abroad."What makes you a strong candidate:You have +5 years experience in Manufacturing operations.You are proficient in Troubleshooting, Project management, Process optimization, Preventive maintenance.English - Fully fluentResponsibilities and more:Responsibilities:Lead and supervise stamping/press production operations.Improve manufacturing processes using Lean Manufacturing and SMED principles.Reduce die changeover time and improve production efficiency.Troubleshoot tooling, die, and production issues.Support preventive maintenance for stamping equipment.Lead, mentor, and develop production team members.Ensure workplace safety and operational excellence.Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and production teams.Handle production leadership and employee relations within a manufacturing environment.Manage production improvement projects and operational goals.Requirements:Minimum 5 years experience in stamping or manufacturing operations.Strong leadership and production supervision experience.Experience with Lean Manufacturing and SMED process improvement.Strong knowledge of tool and die operations.Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering background preferred.Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Microsoft Office proficiency required.Must be comfortable working in an on-site manufacturing environment.Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime when required.U.S. work authorization required.Your potential leader(s):Divine Ohuoba -
