Principal IT Contracts ManagerMiami, FloridaSeeking a senior IT Contracts professional to manage the complete contract lifecycle for complex technology agreements while partnering with cross-functional teams to minimize risk and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in contract negotiations, governance, vendor management, and IT commercial contracting.### Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).- 10+ years of IT contract management, commercial contracting, or legal operations experience.- 5+ years managing complex, high-value managed services agreements.- Strong experience negotiating IT contracts including MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, software, hardware, and services agreements.- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and document management systems.- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, governance, compliance, and risk management.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.### Primary Responsibilities- Manage the complete lifecycle of IT contracts from drafting through execution, renewals, amendments, and termination.- Draft, review, and negotiate complex IT agreements including MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and vendor contracts.- Identify and mitigate contractual, commercial, operational, and compliance risks.- Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Security, Privacy, and IT stakeholders throughout the contracting process.- Lead negotiations with vendors to achieve favorable commercial and contractual terms.### Secondary Responsibilities- Maintain contract repositories and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.- Ensure governance, approvals, documentation, and audit readiness for all contracts.- Develop contract templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks.- Support process improvements that enhance contract quality and turnaround time.- Provide guidance and best practices on contract management to internal stakeholders.
