ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major AccountsJob OverviewIn this role, you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management initiatives for companies with 50–999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. Your day-to-day activities will include field selling, documentation of sales cycles, implementation oversight, and relationships with executives.ResponsibilitiesGrow Our Business While Growing Yours. Acceptable experience includes:Two or more years of quota-carrying, outside B2B sales experience.Three or more years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.Military experience that demonstrates teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a "never-lose" mentality.Preferred QualificationsAbility to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $54,300.00 – $117,400.00 per year (varies by location, skills, and experience). Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
