House Cleaner

**Job Overview** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of homes and/or other residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy working independently. **Duties** - Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including floors, windows, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces - Use specialized equipment and cleaning products to effectively clean and maintain all surfaces - Perform carpet cleaning and floor care duties as needed - Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the property - Follow all cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment - Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or guests - Perform laundry duties as needed - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the property's kitchen and dining areas - Perform general custodial duties, including emptying trash and recycling bins - Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when working in clients' homes. **Skills** - Proven experience in residential cleaning - Knowledge of floor care techniques - Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment - Experience working in hotels or other residential properties - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to perform laundry duties - Experience with custodial duties, including emptying trash and recycling bins - Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in a residential setting Job Type: Part-time Pay: $100.00 - $300.00 per day Benefits: Flexible schedule On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Paid training Schedule: 4 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift No weekends On call Supplemental Pay: Tips Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
