Quality Manager

Overview In this role you will lead quality management for the Defence Manufacturing line, ensuring compliance with regulatory and Rolls-Royce management system requirements. You will collaborate with production leadership to embed quality improvements across OE and MRO activities. You will drive investigations and problem resolution (8D), manage DASOR/MEDA/MARS processes, and support the Production System. You will maintain governance and visibility of quality performance to inform corrective actions. This is an opportunity to shape quality culture in a high-performance, transformative environment.
