Overview
As Lead Mechanical Engineer at WSP Orlando, you guide the mechanical design for complex healthcare, life sciences, labs, and industrial projects, from design through construction close-out. You will drive quality across multi-site work, mentor teams, and interface with clients to shape innovative, energy‑efficient systems. You’ll tackle cooling/heating load calculations, automatic temperature controls, and air and hydronic systems, delivering high-impact projects in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
