About Kramer PortraitsWe are a dynamic and customer-focused company, seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-driven Multi-Site Studio General Manager to oversee the employees, clients and daily operations of our Red Bank, New Jersey, and Connecticut studio locations. This position is based out of our Red Bank studio, responsible for ensuring both locations run smoothly, with strong team coordination, reliable scheduling, operational consistency, and an exceptional client experience.This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to take ownership, lead operations, and help create an exceptional studio experience across two locations.
