Commissioning Manager – Data CenterTexas, USACurrently looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to support a large-scale hyperscale data center project in Texas.This position will be responsible for overseeing commissioning activities across critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure, ensuring systems are tested, validated, and handed over in line with project and client requirements.Key Responsibilities:• Lead commissioning activities across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems• Manage commissioning teams, subcontractors, and specialist vendors on-site• Oversee pre-functional and functional testing activities• Coordinate commissioning schedules, IST activities, and system turnover• Review commissioning documentation including scripts, procedures, and test packs• Work closely with QA/QC, construction, and client teams throughout project delivery• Track commissioning progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution• Ensure all systems are commissioned safely and in line with project standardsRequirements:• Previous experience as a Commissioning Manager within data centres or mission critical environments• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems within hyperscale facilities• Experience managing commissioning processes from installation through to handover• Ability to lead teams within fast-paced construction environments• Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsProject Details:• Texas, USA• Long-term project scope• Hyperscale data centre environment• Competitive package available 1099 or W2Open to candidates willing to travel or relocate for the project.
