The Boba Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of boba beverages and related products while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Daily tasks include taking orders, operating beverage equipment, preparing bubble tea and related items, time management skills, multi-tasking, and providing friendly and efficient customer service. The role also involves maintaining health and safety standards and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts. Qualifications Experience in food preparation and barista duties, with the ability to prepare beverages and handle equipment effectivelyStrong interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with guests and team membersCustomer service experience, with a focus on creating a friendly and welcoming environmentGood organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksPrior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not requiredAbility to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
