This role is commission-based and ideal for individuals looking to break out of the traditional 9-to-5, gain flexibility, and increase their earning potential. No cold calling is required. You will engage with warm leads and use proven messaging strategies.Responsibilities:Initiate and manage conversations with leads via direct messagingQualify leads and book calls for our closing teamTrack interactions and follow up consistentlyMeet performance targets for booked and attended callsCollaborate with the team for continual improvementWhat We Offer:$100 for each booked and attended sales call10% commission on closed deals (average deal size between $3,000 and $5,000)Ongoing 1-on-1 training and mentorshipClear growth path to become a Closer or Sales ManagerFlexible working hours (minimum of 15 hours per week)Remote work environmentRequirements:Must be based in the United States or CanadaMust be eligible to work as an independent contractor (1099)Strong written communication skills in EnglishSelf-motivated, disciplined, and coachableComfortable using social media platforms (especially Facebook and Instagram)Previous sales or appointment setting experience is a plus but not requiredCompensation:This is a commission-only position. Weekly earnings typically range between $1,000 and $5,000, depending on performance.
