Key responsibilities include:• Leading and managing the Cadillac sales team to achieve sales and gross profit goals • Recruiting, training, and developing high-performing sales professionals • Driving customer satisfaction and luxury client experience standards • Monitoring and improving sales performance metrics and KPIs • Implementing effective sales processes and CRM strategies • Partnering with leadership to execute growth strategies What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a results-driven automotive sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in developing people and delivering performance. Qualified candidates will have: • Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or GSM • A track record of driving sales volume and profitability • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales professionals • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Experience with CRM and dealership management systems Luxury brand experience is a plus, but leadership and performance matter most.Compensation$120,000 - $270,000+ per year Top-performing managers consistently earn $200,000+ annually with uncapped earning potential.
