You will lead the team as the main point of contact for the strategy to improve campaign performance. You will define, execute and optimize media channel strategies and initiatives ensuring that pacing, performance and the investment process is activated seamlessly to meet the client's goals and KPIs.Qualifications10+ years of work experience with 4+ years of experience successfully leading digital and video investment teamsIn-depth understanding of video campaign management and digital direct optimization practicesStrong program management and organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once and enjoying working in a fast-paced, results-oriented agencyStrong leadership and management skills, and committed to nurturing, training and growing your teamDemonstrated ability to collaborate and be a team player with client business lead and other strategists and peers to deliver top quality work that exceeds the client's goals and KPIsDemonstrated ability to extract analytical insights, tell a story, and deliver recommendations with rationaleLuxury or CPG industry experience a plusResponsibilitiesDevelop short and long-term investment activation plans based on the client’s stated business objectives, implement those plans, and achieve key metrics (KPIs)Extract insight/actions from data and relate the “story” back to client’s business goalsOrganizational and leadership capabilities to assign resources, track progress, assist in execution and consistently plan programs through supervision of your teamPresent and lead digital and video strategic and tactical plans with clients, staff and internal teamsProvide regular insights and training to challenge and develop team membersFacilitate and manage campaign creation, forecasting, budgeting, pacing, and optimizationUnderstand business concepts and client objectives to identify campaign expansion opportunitiesManage agency partner or technology relationships needed to support campaign initiativesShow innovation and thought leadership in leading the integrated media planning and activation with new solutions and pilot opportunities as appropriateProvide feedback and input for the development of the annual roadmap and learning agendaThis is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range: $120,000—$230,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
