Job Description Southern Traditions Window Fashions has an immediate need for an ambitious full-time Installation Technician to provide installation and repair services to both residential and commercial properties. Come work with us in our Charlotte location, where your responsibilities will include:Transporting and handling products safely to the customers' destination.Installing window treatments such as blinds, shades, shutters etc. using necessary tools and techniques as recommended.Inspecting products pre and post-installation for any damage and ensuring proper installation.Communicating with clients clearly and professionally.Demonstrating flexibility and ability to work with a changing schedule.Completing continual product training and maintaining product knowledge with new products and technical specifications.Diligent, organized, and with a strong attention to detail.Utilizing great customer service to our clients in their homes.Ability to work independently or as part of a team, often working closely with another team member.Engaging with customers with a positive demeanor at field-marketing events.Owning a valid driver's license and good driving record.Compensation & BenefitsPaid time off401K matchingCompany vehicle and tools provided for installations with a gas cardPaid training is providedPrimacy care planAbout YouSuccessful candidates will be solution-oriented problem solvers who are dependable and effective communicators.
