Good Samaritan Society - 608 4th Avenue Southwest - Responsibilities: Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse; Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support; Assist resident in transferring, repositioning, and walking with correct transfer techniques and equipment; provide ROM and passive exercises; Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse; Assist with meals, dining, water and supplements; perform housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed
