SQL Developer

Job Title: T-SQL Developer OR SQL Developer Location: Rocklin CA(Onsite) Long Term Contract Technical Experience : 6-8 years of experience as a TSQL/MSSQL Developer. Working with Client Management, ability to take ownership and mentor the team. Providing code mentorship to the SQL developers, experience with code reviews. Experience with working in Production Support, ability to resolve L2 & L3 incidents, CRs and enhancements. Develop, implement, and optimize queries, procedures and functions using T-SQL (DQL, DML, DDL, DCL and TCL). Experience with ETL technologies, hands on experience with developing, deploying, and monitoring packages for ETL tasks. DTS Import/Export Utility, BCP and DTS packages. Excellent Knowledge in query optimization & performance tuning. Hands on experience with performance tools like SQL Profiler, Index Tuning Wizard and Database Engine Tuning Advisor. Excellent knowledge in creating objects like Indexed Views, complex Stored Procedures, effective functions, and appropriate Triggers to facilitate efficient data manipulation and data consistency. Domain Experience : Understand the concepts of Demand Supply in Retail Domain. Prior working experience with Demand Supply Analysis domain Note : Highlighted in blue are must haves.
