A qualified candidate will be expected to:Recruit, hire and lead an all-star sales team focused on assisting customers shopping onlineIdentify and implement processes to engage, support and close online shoppersMonitor and manage the quality and success of conversations between sales team members and online shoppersProvide assistance to sales team members in identifying vehicle solutions that meet the customer's needs and budgetStructure car deals and meet with customers directly when necessary to close salesOversee the customer follow up process to ensure no sales opportunities are missedBenefitsThis isn't just a job - it's a career.
