Inventory Manager

Lab Inventory ManagerJoin a friendly, fast-moving team helping to shape the future of robotics! We're looking for a highly organized, proactive individual to oversee inventory operations in our robotics lab and warehouse-style environment. This role is essential to keeping daily testing and development running smoothly.What You'll DoManage all incoming and outgoing materials, including shipping, receiving, unpacking, labeling, and proper storageTrack inventory levels for a wide range of parts, tools, consumables, and testing materialsMonitor stock usage and proactively reorder items before they run lowSource and purchase new materials as new tasks, experiments, or testing needs ariseMaintain and update inventory spreadsheets, databases, and documentation in collaboration with engineering and operations teamsWork closely with Robotics Lab Operators to understand upcoming testing needs and ensure materials are availableOrganize and maintain a clean, efficient storage system across a large warehouse-style environmentCoordinate with vendors, couriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping delays, damaged items, or supply issuesAssist with equipment setup, movement, and basic troubleshooting of inventory-related tools (barcode scanners, tablets, etc.)Support safety compliance by ensuring materials are stored properly and workspace pathways remain clearParticipate in regular team meetings to provide inventory updates and flag potential shortages or bottlenecksWhat We're Looking ForExperience in inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or a similar roleStrong organizational skills and comfort managing a high volume of varied itemsAbility to track details accurately and maintain up-to-date recordsComfortable using spreadsheets, digital inventory tools, and basic office softwareReliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teamsAbility to adapt quickly as new tasks, materials, and testing needs emergePhysical & Work Environment RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and move throughout a large warehouse/lab environment for extended periodsAbility to lift or carry up to 25 poundsFrequent use of hands and arms to handle boxes, equipment, and inventory toolsStandard warehouse/lab environment (moderate noise, organized storage areas, active workspace)Reasonable accommodations will be provided to individuals with disabilities in accordance with applicable lawsWhy You'll Love It HerePlay a key role in supporting cutting-edge robotics developmentWork with a supportive, collaborative team that values clear communication and problem-solvingNo robotics experience required just strong organizational skills and a proactive mindsetFast-paced, engaging environment where every day brings something newEverforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
