Responsibilities of the Leadership Development Associate Work directly with customers while supporting daily sales activities and retail campaigns. Build communication skills through professional sales conversations and customer interactions. Learn how leadership, teamwork, and sales contribute to business growth. Support experienced leaders with daily operations, coaching, and team development. Collaborate with fellow Leadership Development Associate team members to achieve shared sales goals. Continue building leadership and professional sales skills as a Leadership Development Associate. Qualifications of the Leadership Development Associate Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Interested in leadership, professional development, and sales. Comfortable working in customer-facing environments. Coachable, dependable, and motivated to learn. Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
