Job DescriptionCommercial Lines Account ManagerJob SummarySeeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit team. The company specializes in providing comprehensive insurance solutions, including Property & Casualty (P&C) coverage, with a focus on construction, family offices, and contractors. This is a true service-oriented role where you will manage accounts from A to Z, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.Compensation PackageSalary Range: $50,000 - $150,000 (commensurate with experience)Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.ResponsibilitiesManage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including construction, family office, and contractor accounts.Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business, cross-selling, and addressing client inquiries.Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Utilize agency management software (preferably Epic) and Excel to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.Qualifications/RequirementsLicenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management (10 years preferred).Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic agency management software and Microsoft Excel is preferred.Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; attention to detail; adaptability; and a client-focused mindset.
